How it started
Andre spent years working for larger moving outfits before deciding the industry needed crews that actually walked a home before quoting it, rather than guessing off a phone call. T&L Moving and Delivery Service was built around that one habit, and it has stayed the center of how the company operates.
The name reflects the two things the crew is asked to do most often: move a household, and deliver appliances or furniture that a family bought somewhere else and needs carried in.
What the crew actually does
Every job starts with a walk-through, either in person or over a short video call, so the estimate reflects the real inventory rather than a guess based on bedroom count. From there the crew is sized, the truck is chosen, and a written estimate goes out before anyone commits to a date.
On the day itself, the same people who gave the walk-through are usually the ones on the truck, which keeps the plan and the execution connected rather than handed off to strangers.
Training and standards
New crew members spend their first jobs paired with an experienced mover, learning how to wrap furniture, pad a door frame, and load a truck so nothing shifts on the drive. Nobody works a job alone until that pairing period is finished.
Appliance and furniture assembly work, in particular, gets extra attention, since a mistake there is expensive to fix and easy to avoid with the right training.
Serving the area north of Atlanta
Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Milton, Marietta, and Dunwoody make up most of the calendar, with long-distance jobs leaving the state a steady part of the work as well. The crew knows the apartment buildings, the HOA rules, and the traffic patterns that matter on move day in each of these towns.
